Kerion Joinville, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. Specializes in
supporting seniors and vulnerable populations with hoarding and chronic disorganization. Grounded in
compassion, respect, and trauma-informed care.
Efosa Osawe, RN, BScN
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University. Clinical Practice Leader in
mental health care. Brings clinical expertise and leadership to support individuals with complex health,
safety, and mental health needs.
